Refund & Return Policy
Our commitment to your satisfaction and the details of our return process.

Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we have a limited return window. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- We made an error on the engraving that differs from what was confirmed in your order
- The item is materially different from what was described
Once an item has been engraved with your custom text or design, it cannot be used by anyone else, which is why we cannot accept returns on custom items for reasons such as "changed my mind" or "ordered the wrong size."

Specify your exact return window here (e.g., "Damaged item claims must be submitted within [X] days of receipt"). Recommended: 7β14 days. Also confirm whether you offer exchanges vs. full refunds for damaged items.
2. Non-Custom / Catalog Items
For non-personalized catalog items:
- Returns are accepted within [OWNER TO COMPLETE: e.g., 14 days] of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- A refund or store credit will be issued within [OWNER TO COMPLETE: e.g., 5β7 business days] of receiving the return

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damage and the packaging it arrived in
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at bebeadedandmore@gmail.com or (407) 758-9994
- Include your order number, description of the damage, and photographs
We will review your claim and, if approved, either:
- Remake and ship a replacement item at no charge, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
We will cover return shipping for damaged/defective items if a return is required.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge if production has not yet begun. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at bebeadedandmore@gmail.com. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible for custom items.

If you charge a cancellation or restocking fee for non-custom items, specify that here (e.g., "A 10% restocking fee may apply for cancelled non-custom orders that have already been processed").
5. Incorrect Orders
If we made an error in your order (wrong engraving text, wrong product, etc.), we will remake the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund β your choice. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
6. Proof Approval
For complex custom orders, we may send you a digital proof before production. Once you approve the proof, we are no longer responsible for errors in the approved design (spelling, wording, layout). Please review proofs carefully before approving.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original PayPal payment method.

8. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom/personalized items (unless damaged or incorrectly made)
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization from us
- Gift cards or store credits
