Be Beaded Designs and More specializes in custom laser-engraved products. When you submit a custom order request, you are requesting a quote. Your order is not confirmed until we send you a written confirmation and you complete payment.
We make every effort to accurately describe our products and display colors accurately. However, actual colors, textures, and grain patterns in natural materials (wood, slate) may vary from images shown. These natural variations are part of the charm of handcrafted items.
By submitting text, images, or designs for engraving, you warrant that:
We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content at our sole discretion.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your price is locked in upon order confirmation. Payment is processed through PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Sales tax may be applied where required by Florida or applicable state law.
You may cancel an order free of charge before production has begun. Once production has started on a custom item, cancellation is not possible as the item has been made specifically for you. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at bebeadedandmore@gmail.com or (407) 758-9994.
Standard production time is 7–10 business days from order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, carrier delays, etc.). Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit — please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Please review our full Refund Policy for detailed information. In general, custom/personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
All website content including designs, logos, graphics, text, and images are the property of Be Beaded Designs and More or their respective owners and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in our product descriptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Beaded Designs and More shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Florida.
